1. What We Collect

When you submit our lead form or contact us, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your phone number
  • Service you're interested in
  • Address or city (optional)
  • Any additional information you provide voluntarily (e.g. project notes)

We also automatically collect through Google Analytics 4:

  • Pages visited and time on each page
  • Approximate geographic location (city level)
  • Device type, browser, and operating system
  • Referring website (how you arrived here)
  • Anonymized IP address

2. How We Use It

The information you submit through our contact forms is used solely to:

  • Respond to your inquiry
  • Schedule and conduct your free in-home consultation
  • Provide written estimates and follow-up communication about your project
  • Service the project relationship if you become a client

Google Analytics data is used to understand site usage in aggregate so we can improve content and resolve technical issues.

3. Form Data Handling

Lead form submissions are processed via Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a third-party form processor that delivers the message to our scheduling team's email. Web3Forms processes the data in transit only - we receive the email contents directly. See Web3Forms' privacy policy for their data handling.

4. Third-Party Services

This site uses the following third-party services:

  • Google Analytics 4 - anonymous aggregate site usage data
  • Web3Forms - form delivery to our email
  • Google Fonts - typeface delivery (no personal data)
  • Cloudflare Pages - site hosting and CDN

5. Cookies

This site uses cookies for Google Analytics measurement. We do not use cookies for advertising, retargeting, or third-party tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without losing access to any site content.

6. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information only:

  • With financing partners only if you specifically request a financing pre-qualification, and only the information needed to process that request
  • With trades subcontractors (electricians, plumbers, etc.) needed to complete your project, after you've signed a contract with us
  • If required by law (subpoena, court order, etc.)

7. Data Retention

Lead form submissions are retained in our scheduling system for 24 months. After 24 months without project activity, records are archived. Project files for clients are retained for 10 years after project completion for warranty service purposes.

8. Your Rights

You can:

  • Request a copy of the information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information (subject to warranty/legal retention requirements)
  • Opt out of any future marketing email by replying "unsubscribe"

9. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
