The Story

We started in 2015 with a simple bet: a Wichita-area kitchen specialist would beat a generalist on every project that mattered. Generalists have to know a little bit about everything - framing exterior decks, installing toilets, finishing basement floors, painting siding. We wanted to do one thing exceptionally well.

Ten years and 350+ kitchens later, the bet has paid off. Our crews recognize a 1985 oak refacing candidate the moment they walk into a Westlink ranch. They know which Sub-Zero refrigerator panel needs the 1/8" inset for paneled installation. They know that Wichita's clay soil moves enough that a kitchen floor needs to be laser-leveled before tile, every time, no exceptions. None of that comes from doing kitchens occasionally between bathrooms and decks. It comes from doing kitchens every single day.

What We Believe

• Specialists beat generalists. A neurosurgeon won't take out your appendix. A kitchen specialist won't add a deck. We refer the work that's outside our lane.
• The 3D rendering pays for itself ten times over. The average client catches 4 changes at the rendering stage that would cost real money on site. We render every kitchen before we order anything.
• Fixed-price quoting protects everyone. Every estimate we send is itemized line by line at fixed prices. No "T&M overrun" surprises in week 9. The trade-off is that our quotes take longer to produce - usually 5–7 business days - because we engineer the scope before we price it.
• Lifetime workmanship warranty isn't a marketing gimmick. Hire installers who do the work right the first time and the warranty costs almost nothing to honor. Hire fast-and-cheap installers and the warranty bankrupts you. We hire the former.
• Permits aren't optional. Anything touching plumbing rough-in, electrical circuits, gas, or load-bearing structure gets a permit. Skipping permits saves no real money and exposes you to insurance and resale problems years later.

What We Don't Do

Asking what a company doesn't do tells you more than asking what they do. We don't do:

• Bathrooms, basements, or whole-home additions
• Exterior work - siding, decks, roofing, windows
• Quick "ballpark" quotes over the phone
• Sight-unseen pricing
• Demo before cabinets are physically in our warehouse
• Pressure-sales financing - we offer it because customers ask, not because we're upselling
• Live chat widgets that load before our phone number
• Time-and-materials open-ended billing

We carry general liability insurance, workers' compensation coverage on every employee on every job site, and hold a contractor's license valid for residential remodeling in Sedgwick County. Certificates of insurance are available for any client to review before a contract is signed. Insurance certificates name your address and project, not just our company - that's how it should be done, even though most contractors don't bother.
